Neutral, evidence-cited AI for clinical trial placement.
This domain writes to clinical research sites.
If you coordinate studies at a site and something from Kelsey Research Inc. landed in your inbox, the two things you probably want are on this page: how to stop the email, and how to correct what we hold about your site.
Stopping the email
To stop receiving email from us: reply to any message from this domain with the word STOP. Opt-outs are actioned within two business days. We do not sell or share contact lists.
Correcting what we hold
- Reply to the message you received, or write to the address at the foot of this page.
- Name the site as you would like it to read, and tell us which detail is wrong. Investigator attribution and facility naming are the two things public records most often get out of step.
- We check the correction against the underlying record and apply it. If the public record itself is the thing that is wrong, we will note the discrepancy so the profile stops repeating it.
- You do not need an account with us, and you are not signing up for anything by correcting a record.
What we are working from
Public sources only. Registered study records, national clinician and organization identifiers, reported industry payments, and published literature. Nothing in a profile comes from a private feed, a purchased list, or anything a site told us in confidence.
Records are refreshed on a cadence rather than read live, so a profile shows the record as it stood at the last refresh.
Common questions
- Are you selling something to my site?
- No. We work with sponsors and CROs on site identification and feasibility. When we write to a site it is because a study looks like a fit for the work you already do, or because we want a detail checked.
- Did a person write to me?
- Yes. Replies reach the person who sent the message, not a queue.
- Who is behind this?
- Kelsey Research Inc., a Canadian company. Company details are at the foot of this page.
- Does being in your data affect our chance of placement?
- Sites are scored by the same rules for everyone, and a score informs a decision that sponsors and CROs still make themselves. We do not guarantee placement, enrollment, or outcomes.
